CEP3060-VB is a high-performance single N-type MOSFET packaged in TO220, designed for high current and low conduction loss applications. The MOSFET has a drain-source voltage (VDS) of 30V, a gate-source voltage (VGS) of ±20V, and a threshold voltage (Vth) of 1.7V. When the gate-source voltage is 10V, the on-resistance (RDS(ON)) of CEP3060-VB is 3 milliohms, and 4 milliohms at a gate-source voltage of 4.5V. It can withstand a maximum continuous drain current of up to 120A and uses Trench process technology, making it suitable for high-power and high-efficiency electronic applications.
