CEP1012L-VB is a high-performance single N-channel MOSFET in TO220 package, suitable for medium and high voltage applications. Its maximum drain-source voltage (VDS) can reach 100V, and the gate-source voltage (VGS) can withstand ±20V. The threshold voltage (Vth) is 1.8V, which means that the MOSFET can be turned on at a lower gate voltage. Its on-resistance (RDS(ON)) is 127mΩ at a gate voltage of 10V, which can effectively reduce power loss. The maximum drain current (ID) is 18A, making it suitable for medium current applications.
