Product Introduction
BSS192-VB is a high voltage single channel P-channel MOSFET in SOT89 package, designed for high voltage switching and load control applications. It has a drain-source withstand voltage of -200V, a gate-source withstand voltage of ±20V, and a gate threshold voltage of -3V. The on-resistance of this MOSFET is 900mΩ at a gate drive voltage of 4.5V and 800mΩ at a gate drive voltage of 10V. The maximum drain current is -1.8A, and Trench technology is used to ensure stable switching performance and low on-resistance at high voltage.
