BSS138DW-VB is a dual-channel N-channel MOSFET in SC70-6 package, designed for low current switching and signal processing applications. The on-resistance of this MOSFET is 3200mΩ at a gate drive voltage of 4.5V and 2500mΩ at a gate drive voltage of 10V.
