B284L-VB is a high-performance N-channel MOSFET in TO263 package, designed for medium-to-high voltage and high current applications. This MOSFET provides 80V drain-source voltage (VDS) and 120A maximum drain current (ID), and its on-resistance (RDS(on)) is 10mΩ and 6mΩ at VGS of 4.5V and 10V respectively. Using Trench technology, this MOSFET has extremely low on-resistance and excellent switching characteristics, which is very suitable for high power density and high efficiency electronic circuit design.
