Product Introduction
B282L-VB is a high-performance single-channel N-channel MOSFET in TO263 package. This MOSFET is designed to withstand drain-source voltages up to 80V and can handle drain currents up to 230A. Using the Trench process, it has extremely low on-resistance and is suitable for high-power and high-current applications.
