90N4F3-VB MOSFET Product Introduction

The 90N4F3-VB is a single N-channel MOSFET manufactured using Trench technology and packaged in TO220. It has a drain-source voltage (VDS) capability of 40V and is suitable for circuit design for low-voltage applications. The gate-source voltage (VGS) of the device is ±20V and the threshold voltage (Vth) is approximately 2.5V. At VGS=4.5V and VGS=10V, the on-resistance (RDS(ON)) is 7mΩ and 6mΩ respectively, and the drain current (ID) can reach a maximum of 110A.
