4503SS-VB is a dual N+P-channel MOSFET in SOP8 package. It has a drain-source voltage (VDS) of ±30V and a gate-source voltage (VGS) of 20V, as well as a threshold voltage (Vth) of 1.6V (N-channel) and -1.7V (P-channel). The device is manufactured using advanced trench technology and has excellent on-resistance characteristics. The on-resistance (RDS(ON)) is 24mΩ (N-channel) and 50mΩ (P-channel) when VGS is 4.5V, and the on-resistance (RDS(ON)) is 18mΩ (N-channel) and 40mΩ (P-channel) when VGS is 10V. Its maximum drain current (ID) is ±8A, which is suitable for efficient energy management and switching circuits.
