VBA3316SA is a high-performance dual N-channel MOSFET in SOP8 package. It is designed for circuits that require efficient switching and low on-resistance. The MOSFET supports drain-source voltage (VDS) up to 30V and gate-source voltage (VGS) of ±20V, adopts advanced Trench technology, and the threshold voltage (Vth) is between 1V and 3V. At a gate-source voltage of 4.5V, the on-resistance of VBA3316SA is 21.6mΩ, and at a gate-source voltage of 10V, the on-resistance drops to 18mΩ. The MOSFET supports a continuous drain current of up to 6.8A for a single channel, or can support a current of up to 10A by using in parallel. Its design makes it very suitable for high-current, high-efficiency switching applications.
