VBsemi VBQF2314 is a single P-type FET with negative drain-to-source voltage (-30V) and medium drain current (-50A) characteristics. Its gate-source voltage range is ±20V, threshold voltage is -2.5V, and it adopts trench structure technology. When the gate-source voltage is 4.5V, the on-resistance is 14mΩ; when the gate-source voltage is 10V, the on-resistance is 10mΩ. This product is packaged in DFN8 (3x3), which is suitable for applications in compact spaces.
