2SK1544-VB is a high-performance single N-channel MOSFET that uses SJ_Multi-EPI technology. It has excellent electrical performance parameters, including a drain-source voltage (VDS) of up to 600V, a maximum gate-source voltage (VGS) of 30V, a threshold voltage (Vth) of 3.5V, and an on-resistance (RDS(ON)) of only 190mΩ at VGS=10V. In addition, the 2SK1544-VB can continuously withstand a drain current (ID) of up to 20A, suitable for a variety of applications.
