The VBP165R70SFD is a single N-type power field effect transistor with a maximum drain-source voltage of up to 650V, a maximum gate-source voltage of ±30V, and a threshold voltage of 3.5V. When VGS=10V, its on-resistance is only 28mΩ and can withstand a maximum drain current of up to 70A. This product adopts SJ_Multi-EPI technology and is packaged in TO247, which has good heat dissipation performance and high reliability.
