13P15GP-VB is a single P-channel MOSFET launched by VBsemi, using TO220 packaging technology. The device has a drain-source voltage (VDS) of -150V and a gate-source voltage (VGS) of ±20V, and a threshold voltage (Vth) of -2V. When the gate-source voltage is 4.5V, its on-resistance (RDS(ON)) is 120mΩ, and when the gate-source voltage is 10V, it is 100mΩ.
