12CNE8N-VB TO263 is a single N-channel field effect transistor (MOSFET) with 80V drain-source voltage (VDS), 20V gate-source voltage (VGS, ±V), 3V threshold voltage (Vth), 10mΩ@VGS=4.5V and 6mΩ@VGS=10V on-resistance (RDS(ON)), and 120A drain current (ID). It uses Trench process. It is suitable for medium and high power, low voltage applications.
