VBsemi's MOSFET product 10N65KL-VB is a single N-channel MOSFET in a TO220F package. Its main technical features include a reliable 650V drain-source voltage (VDS), a 30V gate-source voltage (VGS, ±V), and a gate threshold voltage (Vth) of 3.5V. At VGS=10V, its on-resistance (RDS(ON)) is 830mΩ and the rated drain current (ID) is 10A. This product uses Plannar technology.
