VBsemi's 070N10NS3-VB is a high-performance N-channel MOSFET in DFN8 (5X6) package. The device has an operating voltage (VDS) of 100V, a maximum allowable gate-source voltage (VGS) of 20V (absolute value), and a threshold voltage (Vth) of 1~3V. When VGS is 4.5V and 10V, the on-resistance (RDS(ON)) is 6mΩ and 5mΩ respectively, and the maximum drain current (ID) is 100A. It uses the Trench process and has excellent performance and reliability.
