VBsemi's 06N60-VB is a high-performance N-channel MOSFET in TO220 package. The device has an operating voltage (VDS) of 600V, a maximum allowable gate-source voltage (VGS) of 30V (absolute value), and a threshold voltage (Vth) of 3.5V. When VGS is 4.5V and 10V, the on-resistance (RDS(ON)) is 1070mΩ and 780mΩ respectively, and the maximum drain current (ID) is 8A. It uses the Plannar process and has good performance and reliability.
