068N10N-VB is a single-channel N-channel MOSFET in TO252 package with 100V drain-source voltage (VDS), 20V gate-source voltage (VGS, ±V), 2.5V threshold voltage (Vth), 10.5mΩ@VGS=4.5V and 8.5mΩ@VGS=10V on-resistance (RDS(ON)), and 85A drain current (ID). This product adopts Trench technology and is suitable for medium-voltage and high-current applications.
