VBGQA3302G is a half-bridge N+N structure field effect transistor with a drain-source voltage (VDS) of 30V, a gate-source voltage (VGS) of ±20V, a threshold voltage (Vth) of 1.7V, and Drain-source resistance (RDS(on)) at different gate-source voltages. In addition, it has a drain current (ID) capacity of 100A, is manufactured using SGT technology, and is packaged in DFN8(5X6)-C.
