Product introduction:

VBGQA1301 adopts a single N structure design and is suitable for circuits and modules with high power, high voltage withstand capability and high performance requirements, such as electric vehicle power modules, industrial power inverters and high-frequency power modules.

Has the following characteristics:
- High voltage withstand capability: VDS is 30V, suitable for applications that need to withstand higher voltages.
- Wide input voltage range: VGS ±20V, able to cope with various input voltage conditions.
- Gate threshold voltage: Vth is 1.7V, which helps reduce power consumption and improve efficiency.
