Application Introduction:
BSP315P is a P-channel MOSFET suitable for various power management and power amplifier applications. The device has negative rated voltage and rated current characteristics, which can realize reliable and efficient current switching function.
By controlling the gate-source voltage of ±20Vgs (±V), the switch tube can be turned on and off, thereby realizing the control of current and the conversion of switch state. Low on-resistance helps to reduce power consumption and improve system efficiency.
