This MOS tube is a P-channel transistor with an operating voltage of -100V and a maximum operating current of -3A. Its on-resistance (RDS(ON)) in the on state is excellent, only 200mΩ @ 10V and 240mΩ @ 4.5V. The threshold voltage range of this product is 2~4V, suitable for a drive voltage range of ±20Vgs
