It has excellent performance parameters, including a maximum withstand voltage of -30V and a maximum operating current of -60A. Under standard operating conditions, its internal resistance (RDS(ON)) when turned on is excellent, only 9mΩ at 10V and 12mΩ at 4.5V. In addition, its gate-source voltage range is -±20V to +±20V, and the threshold voltage (Vth) is -1.71V. The product adopts TO252 package for easy installation and heat dissipation.
