VB3222 is a dual N-type field effect transistor with a drain-source voltage (VDS) of 20V, a gate-source voltage (VGS) range of ±12V, and a threshold voltage (Vth) between 0.5~1.5V time. When the gate-source voltage is 2.5V and 4.5V respectively, the drain-source resistance is 28mΩ and 22mΩ respectively, and the maximum drain current is 6A. The product uses trench technology and is packaged in SOT23-6.
