SSM4565GM-VB is an N+P channel field effect transistor launched by VBsemi brand. It has a dual channel structure, supports ±40V voltage, and has current characteristics of 8A (forward) and -7A (reverse). When VGS is 10V and ±20V, RDS(ON) is 15mΩ and 19mΩ respectively. The threshold voltage (Vth) is ±1.8V. This product adopts SOP8 package, which is convenient for application in various circuit modules.
