AO4618-VB is an N+P-Channel trench MOSFET with many excellent performance parameters. Its maximum voltage is ±40V, and the maximum current is 8A and -7A respectively. When VGS=10V, the on-resistance (RDS(ON)) is 15mΩ,
--19mΩ when VGS=±20V, showing excellent conduction characteristics. The threshold voltage Vth is ±1.8V, which has the characteristic of sensitive triggering under low voltage conditions.
