VBsemi has launched the FDC5614P MOS tube, whose silk-screen model is VB8658. This MOS tube is a P-channel transistor with excellent performance parameters.

The maximum operating voltage is -60V, and the maximum operating current is -6.5A. The on-resistance (RDS(ON)) in the on state is 50mΩ @ 10V and 60mΩ @ 4.5V respectively. In addition, the product supports a driving voltage range of ±20Vgs (±V), and its threshold voltage range is -1~-3V.
