STM8360T-VB is a power MOSFET with N+P-Channel, operating voltage is ±60V, maximum drain current of N-channel is 5.3A, maximum drain current of P-channel is -4.9A. Its drain-source resistance (RDS(ON)) is 26/55 (mΩ) in N-channel and 29/60 (mΩ) in P-channel, VGS is 10V, 4.5V and 20V respectively. Gate threshold voltage (Vth) is ±1.9V. This product adopts SOP8 package.
