SI4565DY-T1-E3-VB is an N+P channel power MOSFET with positive and negative channels, suitable for bidirectional power control applications. Its rated voltage is ±60V, the positive channel rated current is 5.3A, the negative channel rated current is -4.9A, and it has the characteristics of low on-resistance and high switching speed. At the gate-source voltage of 10V, 29/60(mΩ)@VGS=4.5V and 20V, the on-resistance of the positive channel is 26/55(mΩ), and the on-resistance of the negative channel is 26/55(mΩ). The threshold voltage is ±1.9V. The package is SOP8, suitable for surface mounting process.
