**VSO100M06MD-VB** **Product Introduction:** VSO100M06MD-VB is an N+P-Channel trench MOSFET launched by VBsemi. Its low on-resistance (RDS(ON)) performs well at different gate-source voltages, for example, it is 29mΩ (forward current) and 60mΩ (reverse current) at VGS=10V, and 29mΩ and 60mΩ respectively at VGS=4.5V.
