This device is a dual-channel P-type field effect transistor produced by VBsemi, suitable for applications with current up to -7.3A and rated voltage of -30V. It has low static on-resistance (35mΩ) and excellent RDS(ON) performance at VGS of 10V and 20V. Its threshold voltage is -1.7V, suitable for a wide range of power management and power control applications.
