VBsemi STP4407A-VB is a P-Channel MOSFET, suitable for -30V voltage, the maximum current can reach -11.6A. When VGS is 10V, 12mΩ@VGS=4.5V; and ±20V, the on-resistance is 11mΩ. The threshold voltage is -2.5V. It uses SOP8 package and has excellent heat dissipation performance.
