CEM4204-VB is an N-Channel trench power MOSFET suitable for a maximum operating voltage of 40V. It has a rated current of 10A and a low on-resistance (RDS(ON)) of 14mΩ at VGS=10V, 16mΩ@VGS=4.5V and VGS=±20V respectively. The threshold voltage (Vth) is 1.8V and it is packaged in SOP8.
