FDN338P-NL-VB is a P-channel MOSFET with a maximum withstand voltage of -20V and a maximum current of -4A. Its static on-resistance at different voltages is as follows: 65 (mΩ), 80 (mΩ) @VGS=2.5V, 60 (mΩ) @VGS=10V at 4.5V; 83mΩ at 2.5V, and a drive voltage range of ±12V. The threshold voltage is -0.81V. The device is packaged in SOT23-3, suitable for use in limited space.
