How do I confirm I bought a genuine VBsemi part?
Buy through VBsemi's authorized channels. If you need to confirm a specific part, send the part number, lot code and traceability code printed on the product label to SZ@VBsemi.com, or use the serial number verification tool on this website, and we will confirm it officially. Please note that marking, colour and molding appearance can vary between production batches and manufacturing sites, so appearance alone is not a reliable way to judge authenticity.

Do parts from different production batches or manufacturing sites look different?
Yes, and this is normal. VBsemi parts are produced at several manufacturing sites, so batches can differ slightly in laser marking, colour depth or molding appearance. These are normal manufacturing variations and are not evidence of a counterfeit. To confirm authenticity, please use our official channels rather than judging by appearance.

Is there a warranty for parts bought from non-authorized sellers?
No. Products purchased outside VBsemi's authorized channels are not covered by our quality or safety warranty.
