TPCC8009 is a Single N-MOSFET deeply optimized for low-voltage, high-current power switching applications. Its Trench process balances low switching losses with high reliability, and the DFN8(3X3) package achieves an excellent balance between thermal performance and board space. The combination of 30V withstand voltage, 40A current-carrying capability, and an ultra-low on-resistance of 5mΩ makes it an ideal upgrade over traditional DPAK or SOP-8 packages, especially for high-density, high-current, and high-efficiency applications.
