TPM3009NEC3-VB is a small-sized, high-efficiency N-channel MOSFET in an SC70-3 package, with a 30V withstand voltage and 1.1A current carrying capacity. Trench technology brings low on-resistance and fast switching characteristics, with an on-resistance of only 200mΩ at 4.5V drive, effectively reducing conduction loss. The ±12V gate drive range adapts to common low-voltage logic level control, suitable for portable devices and battery-powered scenarios.
