XSM6K376NW,LXHF-VB is a high-performance, small-sized N-channel MOSFET with a DFN6(2X2) ultra-thin package, 30V withstand voltage, and 6A current carrying capacity. With Trench technology, it offers an on-resistance as low as 23mΩ at 10V drive and only 27mΩ at 4.5V drive, resulting in low heat generation and high efficiency. The gate drive is flexible with a ±20V wide range, suitable for various low-voltage control circuits.
