SQS161ELNW-T1_GE3-VB is a compact, high-current P-channel MOS transistor in DFN8(3X3) package, with -60V withstand voltage and -36A current capability. With Trench technology, it offers an on-resistance as low as 21mΩ (at 10V drive), resulting in low heat generation and high efficiency. The gate drive is flexible with a wide ±20V range, suitable for most negative voltage control and power management scenarios.
