Product introduction：

FDMC4436BZ-VB is a small-sized, high-current P-channel MOS transistor in a DFN8(3X3) package, with -30V withstand voltage and -24A current-carrying capability. With Trench technology, its on-resistance is as low as 17mΩ (at 10V drive), resulting in low heat generation and high efficiency. The gate drive is flexible, with a wide range of ±20V, compatible with most low-voltage control scenarios.
