DMTH6005LFG-13-VB is a high-current, low-loss N-channel MOSFET in DFN8(3X3) package, with 60V withstand voltage and 30A current carrying capacity. With Trench process, the on-resistance is as low as 5mΩ, resulting in minimal heat generation and extremely high efficiency. The gate drive is flexible, with a wide range of ±20V, suitable for various low-voltage and medium-voltage control scenarios.
