VBsemi RH7L04BBLFRATCB-VB is a Single N-channel MOSFET manufactured using Trench technology, designed for medium-to-low voltage, high-current power conversion and high-density power management applications. Its DFN8(3X3) compact package, combined with an excellent thermal pad design, balances thermal performance and layout flexibility, making it suitable for space-constrained, high-power-density PCBs. The device offers extremely low on-resistance (typical 5mΩ @ VGS=10V) within a 60V drain-source voltage range, significantly reducing conduction losses. Additionally, the gate drive is compatible with common 10V logic levels, supporting efficient PWM control for easy system integration.
