RQ3G120BKFRATCB-VB is a compact, high-current N-channel MOS transistor in a DFN8(3X3) package, with 40V withstand voltage and 28A current carrying capacity. With Trench technology, the on-resistance is as low as 13mΩ (10V drive), resulting in low heat generation and high efficiency. The gate drive is flexible, with a ±20V wide range, suitable for various low-voltage control scenarios.
