SQS488CENW-T1_GE3-VB is a Single N-MOSFET deeply optimized for low-voltage, high-current power switching scenarios. The Trench process combines ultra-low on-resistance with high switching speed, and the DFN8(3X3) package achieves an ideal balance between heat dissipation performance and board area.
