BUK9Q7R0-40HJ-VB is a high current, low loss N-Channel MOSFET in a DFN8(3X3) package, with a 40V withstand voltage and 40A current capability. Leveraging Trench technology, it achieves an on-resistance as low as 4.5mΩ at 10V drive, resulting in minimal heat generation and excellent efficiency. The ±20V wide gate drive range is compatible with various low-voltage control circuits, making it suitable for high-density power supply and power switching applications.
