VBsemi SQS150ENW-T1_GE3-VB is a Single N-Channel Power MOSFET using Trench technology, designed for low voltage, high current power conversion and efficient power management scenarios. Its DFN8(3X3) package combines excellent heat dissipation with a compact footprint, making it suitable for high power density, high reliability industrial and consumer electronics applications. The device offers extremely low on-resistance and a drain current capability of up to 60A within a 40V drain-source voltage range, while the gate drive is compatible with 4.5V/10V logic levels for flexible system configuration.
