Product introduction：
PSMN017-30LL,115-VB is a small-sized, high-current N-channel MOSFET in a DFN8(3X3) package, with a 30V drain-source voltage rating and a 40A current-carrying capability. Enhanced by Trench technology, it features an on-resistance as low as 5mΩ (at 10V drive), resulting in minimal heat generation and extremely high efficiency. The gate drive is flexible, supporting a wide range of ±20V, making it suitable for most low-voltage control scenarios.
