PSMN9R0-30LL,115-VB is a high-current, low-loss N-channel power MOSFET in a compact DFN8(3X3) package, with 30V withstand voltage and 40A current capability. Enhanced by Trench technology, the on-resistance is as low as 5mΩ (at 10V drive), resulting in minimal heat generation and extremely high efficiency. The gate drive range is wide up to ±20V, adapting to various low-voltage drive circuits, making it an ideal choice for high-performance power switches.
