The SISS52DN-T1-BE3-VB is a high-current, low-loss N-channel MOSFET in a DFN8(3X3) package, with a 30V withstand voltage and 70A current capability. Leveraging Trench technology, it features an ultra-low on-resistance of 2mΩ (at 10V drive), resulting in minimal heat generation and excellent efficiency. With flexible gate drive and a wide ±20V range, it adapts to various low-voltage power control scenarios.
