Product introduction：

DMT31M8LFVWQ-7-VB is a small-package, ultra-low on-resistance N-Channel MOSFET in DFN8(3X3) package, with 30V voltage rating and 70A high current carrying capability. With Trench process technology, the on-resistance is as low as 2mΩ at 10V drive and only 3mΩ at 4.5V drive, resulting in extremely low heat generation and excellent efficiency. The gate drive is flexible with a ±20V wide range, suitable for various low-voltage high-power-density application scenarios.
